Terms and Conditions CR77 – Official Rules of Indonesia's Online Gaming Platform

1 General Terms

Welcome to CR77. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between CR77 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") and registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "you") in the use of all services available on the official site cr77.vu and its mobile app.

By registering, accessing, or using CR77's services in any form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision stated here, please do not use CR77's services.

CR77 operates as an online gaming entertainment platform providing access to a wide range of game categories from internationally licensed providers. The platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes for adults aged 18 and above.

2 Account Registration

To access all features and services on CR77, you must register an official account through the platform's registration page. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Each individual is permitted to own and operate only one CR77 account.
• Personal data used for registration must be your own — not someone else's.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.

• Accounts found to be using false identities will be permanently closed with no balance refund.

3 Deposits & Transactions

CR77 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via a variety of available payment methods, including bank transfers, QRIS, and selected digital wallets. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's cashier page.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered under the same name as the CR77 account.
• CR77 does not accept third-party deposits for any reason.
• Deposited funds are non-refundable except in cases of verifiable technical errors.
• CR77 reserves the right to delay or block transactions suspected of being fraudulent or related to money laundering.
• All transaction history is saved to your account and can be viewed at any time via the transaction history menu.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

CR77 offers a variety of bonus and promotion programs for both new and active members. Every claimed bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion, including but not limited to turnover (rollover) requirements.

• Each member may claim the welcome bonus only once per account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or cashed out directly without meeting the turnover requirements.
• CR77 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is any indication of abuse or promotion manipulation.
• Promotions have an expiry date shown on the promotions page — bonuses that pass their deadline will be automatically forfeited.

5 Withdrawal

CR77 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. Withdrawals can be made via the Withdrawal menu on the platform once your account is fully verified.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching your account's KYC data.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as stated on the platform's cashier page.
• Bonus balances that have not met the turnover requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 24 business hours, depending on the method used.
• CR77 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts, even with the account owner's consent, are not permitted under any circumstances.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the CR77 platform are operated by internationally licensed game providers using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The outcome of every game is random and cannot be influenced by anyone, including CR77 operators.

• System outcomes in every game are final and cannot be disputed.
• If a technical disruption occurs mid-game, any unresolved bets will be returned to the account balance.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any other cheating tools is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.
• Members are fully responsible for all bets placed from their account.
• CR77 is not responsible for losses resulting from gaming decisions made by the member.

7 Account Security

Members are solely responsible for keeping their CR77 account login credentials confidential, including their username, password, and transaction PIN. CR77 will never request login information via email, chat, or phone.

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is strongly recommended.
• Do not share your account login information with anyone, including those closest to you.
• Contact CR77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• CR77 is not liable for losses resulting from a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Accessing your account over a public network (public WiFi) is not recommended, as it may compromise your personal data security.

8 Account Closure

CR77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a member's account if a violation of the applicable terms is proven. The following conditions may result in account closure:

• Proven to have used a false identity or invalid documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Owning and operating more than one account simultaneously.
• Systematically abusing bonuses or promotions.
• Involved in money laundering or suspicious transactions.
• Using illegal software, bots, or cheating tools in any game.
• Engaging in actions that harm the system, platform security, or other members.

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time through the account settings menu or by contacting the CR77 support team. Voluntary closure will be processed once all financial obligations have been settled.

9 Limitation of Liability

CR77 provides its platform services on an as-is basis. We make every effort to ensure the platform runs stably and securely, but cannot guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions at all times.

• CR77 is not responsible for financial losses arising from a member's gaming decisions.
• Temporary technical disruptions due to system maintenance or force majeure are not the responsibility of CR77.
• CR77 is not responsible for the internet connection or devices used by members to access the platform.
• The final decision in any dispute between a member and the platform rests with the CR77 management team, and is binding and final.

10 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws and regulations set by the licensing authority that issued CR77's operating license. Any disputes arising will first be resolved through CR77's internal procedures before being escalated to formal legal channels.
